Our attorneys lead complex and cutting-edge litigation in the areas of consumer protection, administrative law, bankruptcy, and anti-discrimination. They maintain strong relationships with our clients and our partners, and forge new partnerships.
Racial Justice Fellow
Announcing a one-year fellowship! Our racial justice fellow will develop cutting-edge litigation to combat the discriminatory efforts of current higher education policies, and lead outreach efforts by engaging with existing clients and community partners and forging new partnerships with communities impacted by the predatory for-profit industry.
Our two Paralegal Advocates are the face of the Project to our clients and potential clients. They are responsible for the Project's hotline and intake. They provide advice and assistance to many borrowers, and counsel people who contact the Project with questions about their federal and private student loans from for-profit colleges.
Summer Interns & External Fellowships
